Effective Tuesday, November 17, 2020
In response to the incidences of Coronavirus and COVID-19 currently occurring in the City of Rome and Floyd County and in an effort to better protect the health and safety of all our citizens and employees:
All pending cases scheduled for arraignment on November 19, 2020 and December 3, 2020 are continued for a minimum of thirty days (30). All defendants affected by the continuance who do not receive a new arraignment date by mail prior to December 1, 2020 must contact the Clerk's Office at 706-238-5150 to receive a new trial date.
