Parking News

Recently, Parking made some changes to the logistics of the Third Avenue Parking Deck due to concerns expressed by the public. Now, it is free to park in the deck for the first hour. After the first hour, it is $1 per hour for up to three hours. If you are going to be parked there for longer than three hours, it is $5 to park all day. Also, during special events- which is an event at the Forum with an expected attendance of at least 400 people-, the deck will now be staffed with attendants. These attendants will help reduce the time it takes to exit. If you are shopping or eating downtown, be sure to ask if the business offers parking vouchers for the deck. These vouchers are worth two hours of parking. If you are a frequent downtown patron, check out the deals on monthly leasing of parking spaces.
