Floyd County Special Operations Communications Trailer
General Scope of work: Provide all equipment, labor, material, supplies and installation of equipment to convert existing trailer to a Floyd County Special Operations Communications (SOCS) Trailer. Equipment to include but not limited to:
(24) P5550 800MHz radios that can operate in Conventional mode as well as P25 trunking.
(2) Harris MASTR III analog repeaters programmed for mutual aid.
Repeaters will require antennas, coax runs, and an antenna platform to be added to the
SOCS trailer.
(5) Pelican cases to provide secure storage of user equipment and better organize supplies.
(1) ACU 1000 to provide mobile interoperability

REQUEST FOR FUEL SUPPLIERS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Floyd County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified fuel suppliers.
Floyd County seeks pricing thru qualified suppliers on an as needed basis. Quote requests will be sent to suppliers that have expressed an interest. Successful suppliers will be issued a Purchase Order or Credit Card for payment.
Floyd County has two 10,000 gallon gas tanks and one 10,000 gallon diesel tank
Fuel Specification
Unleaded Gas - 87 Octane with up to 10% ethanol
Diesel – Ultra Low Sulfur with additive
Delivery: All location drops are estimated at 6500-7000 gallons
Estimated annual usage:
Unleaded Gas 220,000 Gallons
Diesel 125,000 Gallons

FLOYD COUNTY COMPUTER EQUIPMENT LEASING
Floyd County Government desires to enter into an annual contract for the lease of personal computers. Floyd County desires that the contract will be renewable on an annual basis for a period of four additional years. Each year Floyd County will replace approximately 100 personal computers with a lease term of four years. Minimum requirements will be re-assessed before each year’s lease. The leased equipment will be under warranty for the full term of the lease. Pricing should be based on annual purchase of approximately 150 personal equipment with approximate cost of $150,000 along with taxes and return of equipment to Lessor at the end of the lease. Bids to Floyd County should be exempt of all Federal, However, individual orders will be placed on an “as needed” basis with no minimum order specified. |

Tower Site Surveillance Systems
General: Eight system sites have been selected for the addition of a video surveillance and monitoring solution. The proposal consists of the vendor outfitting each site with a minimum of three cameras to monitor the critical compound areas. We expect two wireless cameras mounted within the fenced site’s compound, and one camera affixed inside each shelter.
